Self-awareness is a habit of paying attention. Paying attention to how we think, behave, or feel. This is our understanding of the world. Mastering self-awareness means that emotions and changing moods won’t take over you in a way that did before. Over time, instead of running away from uncomfortable situations, we develop the internal strength to face them and understand them and transform them.
During the meeting:
- we will explore your current life situation
- we will teach you how to develop your self-awareness through small actions
- we will teach you how to analyze what is happening around you and how to change it in your favor
The workshops will be the first part of the series of meetings on life changes, private and professional.
The workshop on self-awareness will be conducted by two energetic, experienced, and very sympathetic women. Nicolete Dan (Transformational Coach) and Gosia Ligas ( Life coach). The workshop under their care will be the place you want to be.
